Yes, this is true. I actually verified this by calling the British Consulate General in Chicago, who got back to me within the hour (seriously) and confirmed the worst. Jammer Direct is banned on all military networks by the Ministry of Defence. What I was told is that the problem is stemming from military personnel utilizing the computers for social networking and other personal uses far more than was originally allowed and that the only recourse was to block all of the sites with the highest traffic on their network. They did, however, publish the list in a PDF form. Click here to see the list as it is on the Ministry of Defence Website.

We originally discovered the problem when we started receiving some emails from Jammers trying to access the site through the M.O.D. network and got a blocked message. All I can say is that you should probably be working :)
