In a nutshell, The Freak Brothers are top notch instrumentalists and singers who are schooled in Jazz but who have an incessant love of old school Soul, Funk, R&B and Hip Hop and an apparent inability to take themselves seriously.

We have all known each other for years and some of us have played together since grade school. Since those early days we have all jammed or gigged together in various lineups in dozens of other bands and side projects. It didn't all click into place until we formed The Freak Brothers and started putting our unique spin and Freak flavors to a few of our favorite cover tunes.

The results are infectious funk-laden tunes you can't possibly resist moving to, a contagious sense of fun that you can't possibly deny, a charisma that can only come from a group of musicians who feel completely comfortable in their element, and a live show that you will never see the same way twice.

We'll do corporate and private events from time to time, but there's an element to some of those engagements that can stifle what's really unique and special about this band.
